Trade exhibitors are a key part of what makes Octa Ride – BikeFest such a popular day out. We invite businesses from the motorcycle world, automotive industry, lifestyle brands and other related sectors to get involved. Whether you want to showcase your company, introduce new products, or boost sales in a busy and established event environment, this show offers a fantastic opportunity. Exhibitor spaces are limited, so we strongly recommend securing your place early.

• Pitch sizes vary from 3x3m to 9x9m.
• Pitch sizes include your vehicle, otherwise it will need to be parked outside the area once set up
• Wristbands will vary. For example, a 3×3 pitch will come with 2 bands and a 6×3 will come with 3.
• Pitch fees include the provision of the ground space ONLY.  Tables, tents etc are to be provided by yourselves if required.
• No power is supplied and must be arranged for yourself (e.g a generator). Public liability required. 
• A contract of agreement for your stall will need to be signed and agreed, you will need to be set up by 8am, and not leave until 6pm.

Once we receive your registration, we will email you if your business is suitable, with all the info on how to secure your spot at the show.
