Event Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised, promoted, or managed by Octa Ride (“the Organiser”). By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tickets
- All tickets are sold subject to availability.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with an invalid, altered, or duplicated ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in these Terms.

3. Entry & Admission
- Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.
- Attendees may be required to present valid photographic identification.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the event, if applicable.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive without refund.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation
- The Organiser reserves the right to alter the event programme, venue, timings, performers, or speakers without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
- The Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs incurred by attendees.

5. Health & Safety
- Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Bags and personal belongings may be searched on entry.
- Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass containers, and any items deemed dangerous by security staff.

6. Photography & Recording
- By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Unauthorised professional photography, audio recording, or video recording may be prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained.

7. Liability
- Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, or expenses suffered by attendees except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Personal belongings are brought to the venue at the owner’s risk.

8. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or public health emergencies.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
